Default Huston and Dallas Texas visit in late April

Hi everyone, my husband and I are visiting Huston and Dallas Texas on business and I would very much like to visit some rubber stamp/craft stores. This is my first time to Texas. Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated

Hello from Houston! I would recommend The Novel Approach in Friendswood, Texas (close to NASA/Kemah on the south side of Houston and Archiver's in Katy Texas (a suburb on the west side of Houston). They both have websites that you can check out. Unfortunately, I don't know of any within Houston--wish there were more. Hope you have a great visit in Texas!

Welcome to Houston, enjoy your visit. If you are in the Katy area, there is an Archivers on Fry Road just off I-10. If you are in the NASA area, there are a couple of LSS, Novel Approach in Friendswood and By Design on Clear Lake City Blvd. There are Hobby Lobby, Michaels and JoAnns in several locations but some stores are better than others.

There is a large Hobby Lobby across the street and down one block from the Archiver's in Katy. This Hobby Lobby carries a nice selection of Copics but they are located in the art supplies (by framing) so you won't see them in the stamping and scrapbooking sections. Archiver's carries some also but fewer colors. HL carries Spellbinders Nesties but Archiver's does not. There is also a new Joann's a few blocks from there. Definitely worth the drive!

Howdy from the Dallas area.....

If you are looking for a stamping place....there is Stamp Asylum. It's actually in Plano...north of Dallas. It's on Coit. They have a web site.

Hi Ladies, thank you all so much for the info, they are very helpful. I can't wait to spend a WHOLE day visiting these lovely stores! I have already a list of things to look out for. I am from Singapore and mostly buy my stamping stuff from USA so this will be an exciting trip. Thank you again. Lots of hugs
