I am lucky,i live in rockledge and we made out the best in Brevard County. I wish it would stop raining!!!Satellite Beaches sewers were backing up into homes. I had to work on weds and thurs at the hospital and it was pretty scary driving over the bridges on SR 520, the river was up to the edge of the road in places.Somuch for sunny Florida

Well, I am in Nassau County, almost in GA and it's been getting worse here. Our power has been out since 5:30am, due to a tree falling across the electrical lines down the street from us. Fortunately, we have a generator which we are running. My main concern is the flooding..........we are getting tons of rain! My new cheer is "Fay, Fay. GO AWAY!".

Pam: Hope all is well with you now and I'll join in your cheer (really jeer lol) FAY FAY GO AWAY!!!

Redi: I lived in Rockledge in a house next to the river a long time ago. LOVED it! So peaceful. Am so glad you were spared.

Take care everyone in North Florida!

i'm in central florida; northwest orlando. it's rain, rain, and more rain. they've said 14+ inches for my part of town. and it's still POURING. if we didn't get another 3 inches just tonite, i'd be surprised.

it's worse on the east side of town. people have house flooding, street closings, etc.

I'm 10 miles west of Darien, Ga. and we have had our fair share of rain and winds. We never lost power, but the wind did take the chimney cap off the chimney yesterday afternoon during a 60 mph gust, and I had to call a neighbor to help me get that back on and secured before the next rain ban came through and dumped rain down our chimney. Let's just say, it wasn't any fun being on top of the house in all that wind.

It's much calmer today as far as the wind goes, but we are still getting alot of rain. Parts of Darien lost power, but we never did.

I am in North Central Florida near The Villages. I think we have wagered the worst of the storm.

It seems like Fay wants to visit the ENTIRE state of Florida! I'm in the panhandle - the Pensacola area - and we are expecting Fay this afternoon!

Default Reporting from WPB

LOTS OF RAIN in Loxahatchee----lot of flooding, but none in the houses... Pt St Lucie and Melbourne, the flooding is incredible up there.

We did have a tornado touch down in wellington, wiped out some barns, NO HORSES hurt.

I'm in Jacksonville and glad that it is gone. We got about 8" of rain and lost power for about 4 hours. Not to bad. just thankful that faye didn't get any stronger. Glad that everyone else is ok.
