Not counting holidays (like Christmas or Easter)

I would say on average I make three cards a day, I have been working on three of the card challenges here on SCS and I try and get them done each day. I do sometimes miss a day or two and I try and make up for it. My new years goal is to start from challenge #1 and get cought up to date by the summer time.

Maybe 4-5 a week. I don't know exactly since I don't work on them everyday but I make a bunch at a time when I sit down to craft.

This is easy for me....hundreds....I mass produce at least 24 of each card I make and many of them go right in a box to send to the troops.
Blessings.

1-5 a week, depending on the week. In my life, no two weeks are alike!

At least one a day and if it is a day I don't have to work sometimes 3 or 4. Once I get started on my day off I don't want to stop!

OMG! I create 'hundreds', too!....just only in my mind! I'm lucky to get 2-3 done in a week! Not enough time! Just yesterday, I made a card around noon for my granddaughter's 1st birthday...we were expected for the birthday dinner at my son & DIL's house at 5:00! That's how I usually get cards done!

You are amazing, Sprtchick! Thanks for sending all those cards to the troops!

Usually one a day, sometimes two. Very occasionally more, but on the whole my cards are one-offs, so by the time I come up with an idea and carry it out, that's my time used up.

My goal for 2009 are 2 cards a week and at least 1 challenge a week and 5 Christmas cards a month. I also belong to the Tray Guild at our local hospital so I work on them almost daily.

My output varies -- some weeks I'm just not in the mood to make cards or nothing strikes my fancy to make. But towards the last of the month, I get busy making BRAK's for the next month so it all averages probably 4-5 per week.

I wish I could do one a day. I probably average one per week, except when making for charity where I am pumping out many of same type. For those who make 3-5 per day or so what do you do with them all? I make cards for specific events or people and then some in mass which are donated to specific charity or for church.

I'm with victorial, it depends on what my arthritis and fibromyalgia are up too, as the pain affects how much I can get done but quite often I am up late at night (or more importantly early in the am) like now, when everyone else is in bed and quiet, I achieve the most. The radio on softly, so as not to wake anyone , to keep me company, and the lovely people here on SCS as well. On a good night/morning I can make up to 25 cards (generally all different) not all posted here as I'm still getting up the confidence to do that. I donate the excess to a few different charities if I'm not doing them for presents or to post out as cards.

I have a box in my craftroom that I put my finished cards into and if I need one quickly I go through it and find one I can use. My mom and sister come to visit at least once a month and go through my stash and buy some from me and DH has been taking some to work and selling them to the guys he works with. I have told everyone that I will make them and my DH sets the prices to sell them, I love making cards and I would give them all away if I could, I am thinking of sending some to the Canadian military thread that is on here and to some charities.

Depends on the week. When I'm really in a groove, like I have been lately, I can make 2 or 3 cards a day, so that's almost 20 cards in a week. But I would say, on most weeks it's more like 5 or 6 per week.

I am a Wish Rak Birthday Fairy, so I send out about 8 cards a month to members of the Wish Rak. Other cards are for family members, either upcoming birthdays, holidays or just "thinking of you". I also donate cards to Cards for Heroes. When I have cards that I made just because, I keep them in a basket and when I'm short on time or have lost my mojo, I have a stash to pull from without the pressure of making a new card.

It totally depends on the week, how I'm feeling, if I like the challenges, if I have the time, etc.

There are weeks where I don't make any and there are weeks where I can make 10+

This week, I'm ahead of the game with 6 made last night.

I make about 10-12+/- a month. I try to make at least 5 Christmas cards per month and I always make 2 of every card. At the end of the year I take any cards I am not that fond of to my LSS where they box up a huge bunch and send to the troops.

Well since Jan 1, I've made 27. Which includes the set of 8 thank you cards I made. Also I since I've started making 2 of every card and I have been enjoying making sets like, I cased one of Andrea Walfords class planners that was a set of 4...I actually made 8. So they are adding up fast.

That's not the norm for me so far, though, the norm has been about 2 a day, but I'd like to do at least 4 a day. I am keeping track in my signature...which needs to be updated.

Unless it's a challenge card, I will usually make 6 of the same design. Lately I have been doing much more "hanging out" here on SCS or blog hopping, so I havn't gotten much accomplished! Yesterday I did complete 11 cards though, so I'm hoping to turn things around and be productive again... I have 4 days off a week; if I can complete 1 set of 6 cards on each of my days off, I would be very happy with that!

Last year I made a little over 1300 for the year so that would be about 25 per week.

I try to make one every day, but that doesn't always happen. Sometimes I'm so busy with teaching that I make none; other times when I'm on vacation I might make 5 in one day. On average, probably 4-5 in a week.

I probably average about 12-12 a week. Most are created on the weekends, usually 1 maybe 2 per day during the week unless I have a day off. But I'd much rather spend my evenings in my studio than planted on the couch turning into a vegetable watching tv. If I have errands or something to do on the weekends I allow my to craft until noon, then I head out and get all my errands done on one day. Then I can craft again. The other day I craft until noon, get work done around the house (cleaning, laundry, etc.) then get back to crafting. Guess that's one of the perks of living alone!!!!

I probably average between 10 and 20 per week. Some weeks fewer and some weeks more. Just depends on the time I have and how creative I feel. When I first started stamping, I kept track of the cards I made in a note book for the year. Think I will go back to that this year just to see how I'm doing in keeping up and building up my stach again.

I feel like the weirdo here.
Do you ladies make cards and just keep them stored/on hand for general use? I have found that I don't really make a card or cards until I know exactly who I am making it for, what occasion it's for specifically. I make each card for a specific person, with the stamp and colors picked especially for them (or what I think they might like, what I feel like making for them at the time).
Does anyone else do this?

Your not a weirdo. The cards that I make using the challenges are cards for general purpose use and for selling. When a family member is having a birthday or other special occassion I make a card specifically for them, I think that it makes them feel special that I took the time to create something just for them using colors that they like and stamps that would appeal to them. I also do this with my Christmas cards, I mass produce for general mail out and for family members I make indivdual cards for each of them.
