My average is about 30 minutes. My biggest hang up is the picture in my head does not always transfer to paper...plus the voices in my head keep interupting each other

The first option is hours and hours. The second is probably 30-45 minutes.
DITTO!! I'm slow. I don't mass-produce cards very often and I just take my time. For me, it's not a race or a competition. I get as much enjoyment out of the process (selecting paper, choosing a sketch, embellies, etc) as I do from seeing the finished product. So I take my time and I don't worry about not setting any speed records.
