Default How do you store you wheel ink cartridges?

I was thinking of purchasing the XL SU plastic stamp cases w/dividers for my wheel cartridges (that you can order on a supply order if you are a demo). SU recommended it on their website.

Does anyone know how many cartridges (regular size, not jumbo) one box will hold? They come 6 to an order I and was curious of how far that would take me.

Also, how do you store your cartridges? Right now I just have them in a Ziploc bag and it's not working very good, so I'm looking to organize!

Thanks!

Michele

Currently I have mine in the XL divided containers. I keep mine rubberbanded together though which take up a little more room than if I didn't . I would say you could fit three per channel so that would be 18 per box, but that is rubber banded and long ways. Now you could alternate and fit 4 in width ways and three in the next channel long ways (skinny ways). And this way you would fit 21 total in one box. Am I making any sense? I do like this way of storing them. Before I just had them sitting on top of my ink caddy. I do think I'm going to label the tops of them because you can't see what color they are in the box. And maybe now that they are upright all the time I will feel safe enough to take the rubber bands off.

I also use the boxes with dividers. and can fit 18 in a box. so a pack of 6 would go a long ways.
Just another thing to note. you can get 12 jumbo cartridges in one of these also if you store only the jumbos in it. I don't know how many you can get when you mix sizes.
so you could store all 48 regular cartridges in about 2 and 1/2 boxes, and another 36 jumbos in the other 3, with space for "special" cartridges left. like an embossing one, and some metalic ones, or even some 2 or 3 cell cartridges. so it just depents on how many you have, but yes a pack of 6 will hold LOTS of ink cartridges, and it's so nice to have them all in one place where they stay upright.
ok I'm done rambeling. HTH

I tried to store mine that way, and I couldn't get the box to close! I don't really like that they don't fit tightly.
