Goo Gone works great, have used dawn dish soap straight out of the bottle too, takes a little more scrubbing to get the sticky off. Goo Gone works best.

If you don't have any of the above, you can use a dryer sheet. It takes a little pressure though but it really does work. Also with this one watch where you're wiping... I sliced my finger pretty good one time.
