I remember stamping when I was a teenager but it didn't last long. I rediscovered it last fall when I got a wild hair to make Christmas cards. I honestly did not think I'd be where I am today in terms of supplies. In December, all of my stuff could fit in one small plastic box. Now, I have a stamp closet and a third of the office.

About 14 years ago I got this hair-brained idea to make my own Christmas wrapping paper. So I bought a stamp that said Happy Holidays and two stamp pads, one red and one green. The idea was okay but the supplies were mediocre at best. I gave up bought wrapping paper.

Fastforward 11 years later, newlywed, pregnant (our honeymoon child..lol) my coworker invited me to a CM party to learn to scrapbook. I bought $300 that day and was excited to scrapbook my wedding pictures. I played around with all my new stuff but couldn't commit to any layouts. So I packed it away for a few months and then when I was 7 months pregnant, I went through a different nesting stage. My girlfriend set me up with her SU demo and the rest is history. I now have my own "crap"room with tons of paper, stamps and tools.

I have done a few scrapbooks but cards are much easier for me as they require less committment.

I love that I can share my love of crafting with such a great group of talented people such as yourselves.
