Default how to adhere clear droplets?

i got a sample pack of these and am not sure the best way to adhere. I was thinking matte medium? Would love advice. Thank you!

I use Diamond Glaze/Glossy Accents.

I use anything that dries clear...Glossy Accents and Rangers Multi matte, but also my regular Aleene's tacky glue.
