I am a new demo and my upline emailed me my demo#. But I cannot log on to the SU! website. It asks for a password with my demo# and I don't have one. It doesn't even ask if I want to create a new password. What do I do!!! Anyone who can help a newbie demo, please!?!?!
You will need to get your password from DS in the morning. If you have your kit already it will be in your info folder.
I know it is hard to wait to go looking at the demo site.
There should be a postcard on the left hand side of your intro folder. On it is your demo # and start date. It will also have your temporary password to log on to the demo site. Once there you'll be able to change it to one you'll remember.
MAKE SURE you hang on to that postcard. the start date shown on there is what they use to figure Stampin' Start -- NOT the date you send in your paperwork or the date you received your kit.
As has been said, if you don't have your kit yet, you'll have to call ds in the morning and they'll give you your password.
How long does it typically take to get your intro email? My paperwork went in over a week ago, but I figure they may have more entries right now due to the deal with the free set of stamp pads. But my sideline got her email less than a week after my upline sent in her docs, so that just makes me super impatient!!
If someone could shed some light on this, that would be great.
