Default HELP trying to place SU order

lst time using my demo's online ordering system. My order is in excess of $150 but I can't seem to get any hostess benefits to select.

I would probably give her a call if my suggestions don't work, and she'll be happy to help you. I don't know if the online system on her website is the same system we use to place our orders as demos, but here's a couple of ideas:

On the regular merchandise page, add your Sale-a-bration items - get the numbers from the SAB catalog, and those should go in, costing $0.

Then click "next" or "continue" or whatever, THEN it will tell you how much you have in hostess dollars. THEN add those items ($25 for a $150 order, etc). If you spend $150, you get to choose a tote, but since they're running low on totes, you have a few other things to choose from. The Nautical DSP is awesome and goes with "The Open Sea" stamp set - that's what I chose when I placed my last SAB order just now! :-)

Hope this helps! :-)

Make sure you go through your demo's portal/website.

It depends if you're from US or Canada. In Canada the hostess benefits only start at $200.
You also want to make sure you're far enough in the process where they ask you what you want for hostess benefits - it doesn't just get entered in the same screen as all the other items you ordered.
Definitely ask your demo for help too if you need it - that's what she's there for!

Thanks for the responses, it seemed like I wasn't on the right link for my demo. When I put in her portal I got a message which read stampinup web page not found then it redirected my to SU & I needed to enter my demo's name. I pretty bummed since I always try to maximize my orders. Wondering if my demo can call & straighten this out for me. It was too late last night to bother her and she's at church now. Anyone else had a similiar situation?

Thanks so much,

Janice

I've had this happen before, Janice. I called SU for my customer and they adjusted the order and sent out her hostess benefits right away.

Thank you Betsy, just spoke with my demo and naturally she will be trying to remedy the situation tomorrow. I just wish I knew what went wrong during the ordering process (I'm confident it ws ME :confused
