Help, please! My Ch. chip classic pad came apart. I've had this happen before and I know there was a thread about putting them back together but I can't find it and I need to leave for a meeting and don't want to leave it open. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Thanks!!!
Location: VA. But my heart is split between the U.S. and Guatemala!

If I'm understanding right what you are saying is that the plastic top and bottom came apart. I was just looking at one of my pads to figure it out, and the same thin happened!
Just take the part with the ink and hold it a little crooked. Slip one of the little side knobs into the groove on the side of the bottom part, and then kind of push the other side in at the same time that you straighten the other part.
I hope that you can understand my instructions!

When this happens to me, I open another ink pad so that I can look at how it's put together while I reassemble the one that came apart. I always get ink all over my hands doing it, but it's not too difficult. My Old Olive pad comes apart every time I use it. I may just have to replace it, because it makes me mutter bad words...
Or, what always works for me: lay the lid on top of the pad, just as if it was together. The press down on both corners at the back where the pegs are on the pad. They'll just click into place 1-2-3! I learned this AFTER trying every logical way, which resulted in getting black ink all over myself. (Why is it always black? Does anybody know?)
