I usually just leave mine as regular paper, and set the print quality to draft. This way, less ink is put on the vellum, so it dries faster.
worked well for my wedding invites.
Of course, my printer liked to chew on the vellum every now and then, so I had to print just one sheet at a time, and make sure only one sheet of vellum was in the printer at a time, otherwise, like I said, it chewed up the vellum.
