HELP PLEASE!!! Trying to sign up as new SU demo-having problems

Hi! Any input would be appredaited!

I just tried to sign up as a demo, and I'm trying to select my starter kit, and literally almost everything I was going to order as part of my starter kit is not showing up in the search results or under the catergories when I put it in.

I was going to order Six-Sided Sampler and the Hexagon Punch, and neither of them show up in results.

If it doesn't show up, does that mean it's out of stock?

This is getting so frustrating!!!

So did I. I also tried just looking under punches and stamp sets, not coming up.

I'm baffled. Do they only let you get certain things on your starter kit order?

Can you put it in by order number? The website is not the most user friendly.

You should be able to get anything in the starter kit.

I just tried it too. If you are using words in the search, you have to be very specific and exact.
Six sided sampler does not show up in search results but six-sided sampler does with the dash.
I would look at the online catalog, write the numbers for the items and just input them that way for your sanity.

I *finally* got it to work!!! It just wasn't working earlier!!!
