I am making baby announcements and I am just so frustrated. The card base is a tri-fold card with a circle punch out of the center for a baby picture to show through.
On the front of the card I am trying to frame the circle with a thin scallop. Any pointers?
Using the paper that will be the thin scallop frame, punch out the same size circle as the 'frame', then turn your scallop punch so the bottom is up and center the punched circle in the scallop. Punch the scallop, and now you have a 'frame' with a thin scallop. Clear as mud? HTH.
