HELP!!!!!!!Photo Card Layout

Hello Ladies,

I am in desperate need of a new layout for my Christmas cards this year. I would like to incorporate a photo on the cover if possible...... please help me!!!!!

Easy peasy--either cut the photo or the card with the Top Note shape from Stampin' Up for the Big Shot. Gorgeous and simple to mass-produce!

I was going to suggest PTI too! I am having a hard time trying to decide between Lauren's or Becky's sample for our cards. I just love the ideas!
