Default Help!Lost Stamps! Need Advice

Good morning,

I've been scrapbooking the past few days and yesterday I noticed that some of my alpha stamps were gone. I've torn this house apart looking for them. My four year old DD loves to play with my stamps. I am thinking she took them and possibly threw them in the trash. Well, to make matters worse yesterday was trash day!

I am missing the letters "I" and "S" in Short Order Alpha, and the letters "O" "R" and "S" in Typeset Upper.

My question is this: Will SU replace the letters since I am willing to pay for them? Do they do this kind of thing? Also, the SU demo I bought them through is retired.. Can I call SU myself?

I just need to know what to do from here. I really miss my stamps

to be honest, SU doesn't do this as much anymore. I believe there were too many people taking advantage of them. Plus, if the set is retired, they wouldn't be able to anyway. What set is it?

As for calling them yourself, you could certainly try. 1-800-STAMPUP is the number to call. I'm sure it's doubtful you would have the order number, but if you have the approximate date and your demo's name that put in the order, that might help.

Good luck!
