Hello Crystal,
I have a KES camera too. I saved my pic after I resized it. I think your avatar needs to be no larger than 80 pixels. When you resize you can customize it to any size you want. It's a small pic, but you might try cropping out the background first. Then try resizing it. I hope that helps. Don't give up.
Aloha,
Charlene

Every photo software is different. Some allows you to edit things and resize, some only lets you enhance (like take out the red eyes). Not sure what Easyshare will or will not let you do in edit mode. Full fledged photo editing software lets you do EVERYTHING. If it turns out you can't achieve your editting with Easyshare, here is a free photo editing software that will do resizing and a few other basics. I have friends that use it. I personally got a great deal on Adobe Photoshop several years ago for $10 and snatched that one up.

How did you resize it? I assume you do it with the software, but where in the software? Now I am going to stalk you till I figure it out!

Okay just a minute, I'm not the most computer savvy gal. But I'm going to try and retrace my steps, because I was just playing around one night and didn't write anything down.

Crystal,
I just tried changing my pic and it's so blurry. Anyway, I cropped the picture or you can just save it to another file. That way I still have the original size with my KES program. Then when I opened the picture in the new file I resized the picture from "image" on the toolbar. I tried resizing it a few times and had to keep checking the properties for the correct size. Am I making any sense? Someone here will probably be able to answer your question faster than me. Urrg! Wish I knew more about these tech-E questions.

Crystal,
I just tried changing the size on another picture. I and my DH has a program XnView and that's where I was able to resize the picture. I changed the pixels to 80. That's about all I know. Sorry...
I have faith the SCS buddies will be able to help.

Thanks for all your replies. During nap time today I think I am going to spend some time trying to get it right with your directions and any others!
