Exclamation HELP! How to add tags in Evernote

I know this should really be in the Tools or Organization thread; but I thought it might be seen more quickly here so please forgive me.

I have Evernote Basic on my iPad. Finally decided to use it to catalog my stamps.
I created a notebook called Stamp Inventory. I tap the plus sign to add a note.
I type in the Title field the stamp set name, Lovely as a Tree. I tap the camera icon and snap a picture of the stamp set and save it.
I want to add words like "trees, leaves, fall" etc so I can later search for tags like "trees" and all the sets with trees will come up.
Help please! I've tried every icon I can find on the screen and it's not working.

I am looking at this on a PC...

but, on mine I would if this is an existing note, I would double click on it from the list in stamp inventory, then when it opens up as a popped up window there is a space off to the side (on the right ) of the words stamp inventory with a faded space that says add a tag. if you click that you get a box to type in. if you already have a tag with the letters you start typing you will see a like a spellcheck box open below it you can click on that and stop typing it will add the word.

but, I only do this in a couple of computers so, hopefully someone with a tablet will peek in soon.

This is the view I have on my tablet & pc.

Green arrow points to the ADD A TAG. Hth.
As you are on an IPad, which may be different, here is a Google link to a page giving some IPad/IPhone solutions.
