I came across a beautiful card made with a stamp set from The Ton. It's a 2-year-old company, and this is the first I've heard of it. Has anyone ordered from them? Very trendy stamps and a gorgeous color palette of inkspads.
"Heard of them"....Yes. From some cool blogger, but I can't remember who. Sophisticated style of artwork. Let us know about service and quality if you order from them.
Love The Ton Stamps! I've ordered directly from them (I think that's the only way to get their stamps, unless you live in New York) and my orders are shipped quickly. Their stamps are the nice polymer clear stamps and their backgrounds are red rubber cling. I believe they have a new release coming out in a few weeks.
I have a beautiful background stamp from The Ton that I purchased at the Ink Pad NYC. It's a great quality cling red rubber stamp and big, but pricey. I really want to get another one. I also looked for sales or coupons, but no such luck. If they did, I would take the plunge. I just can't justify the cost plus shipping when I live in the same city. Let's hope the owner reads these comments and considers a sale or coupon ;)
Why did I read this thread? WHYYYY? I just checked them out. LOVE the stamps/dies for gals and guys. I was so glad I didn't care for much of Tim Holtz' new stuff. Guess I found where that money is going to - instead of my bank account!
I think their floral images are beautiful. Some of their multi-step stamps seem somewhat intimidating, but the results are lovely. I have some of their sets on my wishlist.

So, its been a few months since Paper Manipulator asked about The Ton Stamps, which was the first time I ever heard of them. And its been a few months since I keep ordering from them! Thank you, Paper. (I thank you, my wallet doesn't!).
Their stamps are beautiful. The images are lovely and the stamps very well made. The detail, even on the red rubber stamps, is amazing. A few of their stamps are something you can get elsewhere or already have but most are very unique. Their florals are to die for! Especially the background florals. I do think some of their dies might be a little pricey but their images, quality, and customer service (side eye at PTI) offset that for me.
Shipping has been quick and the cost reasonable (side eye at SU). Perhaps that will change as they grow and get busier but for my last order, it was placed on April 8th and I received it April 13th (with e-mailed delivery updates in between).
I turned a friend onto them and she's just as impressed with them.
I don't work for them, don't design for them, don't blog for them, don't receive free items from them, and have no monetary interest in the company but I highly recommend trying them out if you're interested in something.
They are great. Between The Ton and Altenew which has just been killing it lately, it's hard to catch a breather. Both these companies have great florals and although pricey their florals are good sized. Altenew has a huge team of designers from around the world and their blog puts out something every day. The Ton seems to be a little less out there. Both companies have a fresh look, not the same old stuff. The Ton has some cheeky sentiments also.

I have noticed this brand before but never really been excited to buy anything until I saw their recent Wave layered stamp. A bit pricey so I'm hoping they will have a birthday sale or something!
I finally ordered from them. Quick service and reasonable shipping. One of the stamp sets I ordered was Pyrotechnics, the most beautiful and realistic fireworks stamp set I have ever seen. My son't birthday is July 4th, and I made a card for him with it. I used silver and gold glitter embossing powder on black ( he is an adult), and it was gorgeous. I'm not bragging about my abilities; it's a fantastic stamp set!
Forgot to add, I also made two thank you cards for 4th of July parties we attended. I used red, blue, and silver glitter embossing powder on white, and they turned out really nice, too.
I've purchased ALOT from them since this thread started and turned me onto them. Love their products. Their flowers, particularly the peonies, are stunning!

I ordered Macarons, Pretty Mail, a peony one and a few of the mini sets. I can't wait for them to arrive. I recently learned how to make macarons, so the stamp set will look really cute on my gift tags and cookie boxes.

I have the Pretty Mail. I find it to be more delicate and elegant looking in person - which is not a bad thing, lol. A friend has the macarons; she actually uses them quite a bit.
I'm jealous that you make macarons. I keep saying I'm going to try it, I even bought all the toys needed but I'm just too intimidated!

Ah, you should definitely make the macarons! It's really pretty simple. I watched a few videos on YouTube, which helped me get the process. My guys love them and they make great gifts. Go have some fun! ;)
I just added Pyro but took out three. I have to be real about what I will do vs what I think is beautiful. I am debating the anemone bouquet. I need wedding more. This is a site that tests you that's for sure.

Just placed my first order. I'm not always in the US and able to purchase the stamps at the time of the special offers. I broke down and made an order tonight. Looking forward to playing with these beautiful stamps.
Shipping was really quick. I received a shipping notice within 24 hours.
The Pyrotechnic stamp set is amazing. I also ordered green, red and blue glitter embossing powder to use with this stamp and it's sooooo pretty. Other than gold and sliver, I never really had a use for glittered embossing powder. Now I want to get a whole bunch of other colors to use with this stamp set!
I have seen some lovely cards with stamps from The Ton, and they have some creative, cute stamps. I wonder why SCS does not have a company gallery for this company.
