Default Have an Excel Spreadsheet with all the Stampin' Up! Stamps??

I'm in search of a spreadsheet with all of the Stampin' Up! stamps listed. I need it so I can sort on any column (hoping it has page number, item number, name, price).

Please email it to me if you have such a thing, before I go ahead and create my own. I'd prefer a direct email rather than this board. My email is [email protected]

Thanks!

Thumbs up Stampin' Up! Workbook

I've been working on one. Tell me what you think of it so far and if I should include anything else, yes I am aware that is old info in there, but I am getting motivated since I haven't found anything like this ANYWHERE. I also want to get my column headings/ what info to include for each item/ straight so I don't have to go back a dozen times to add info.

It was too big to attach here on Splitcoast as a .XLSX file (excel file) and Splitcoast doesn't offer .ODS (Open Document Spreadsheet) as an option, which you can use if you don't have Excel, so I uploaded to Google docs.

Positive Suggestions are Welcome!

Okay, now I'm not allowed to post the Google docs link yet since I'm a newbie so consider this forum post 2.

Any suggestions before I start data entry-ing the 2011-2012 book in time for the retired lists this weekend?

I tried and it won't grant me access. Can you change the setting to allow anyone with the link to access?

Try this, allowed anyone with link to edit

I was also thinking of linking a photo of the stamp set/accessory from the catalog. Do you think that would be helpful or too much?

What is your opinion of having old catalogs entered like this?

Would you like this converted to MicroSoft Access for a more visually friendly version? How many of you don't have Access?

Cat sells a spreadsheet for 9.95: http://www.catscreativeplace.com/. She sends you updates every time a new catalog comes out, and you only have to pay once. She even tracked me down after my email changed to find out the correct address!!! It's very detailed, and is sortable.

I can't remember who created this, but I got it off from here. Wish I had saved the thread so that I could direct you to it. It's a pdf file. I don't have the xls version, but at least you have the info you need if you want to create a spreadsheet for older stamps.

Holy smokes, that's wonderful! Can you imagine how HUGE that list would be if it had every set that SU made??!!? For me, I have not used Access in a few years and even then only had it on my work computer, not my home one. I would think Excel would be the easiest since it's standard unless you are using a Mac and even then, I am pretty sure that the newer operating systems are compatable.

Thanks! I'm trying to convert the PDF to Excel. Just so you know, there will be no charge for this info, I think it should be free for two reasons; 1) just because FREE is awesome and 2) since it includes this PDF from someone else.

Wow, yeah, I'd definitely work my way BACKwards through the catalogs. I have about 10 or so back to 1996. Does anyone know when SU!s first catalog came out?

Now, if I was wanting to have absolutely every stamp set that SU ever put out on one list, in excel so I could sort any way I desired, I would be super quick to get the one from Cat. My time is worth more than 9.95 and I know I would not be able to do years and years of catalogs in half an hour. And I would also know that I would have all the updates in the future.

These are impressive!

I just have a list of the stamps I've bought. Much less detailed than any of the ones linked. I like to periodically look through the SCS gallery for my sets and I will track the date of the last time I looked so I know where to stop the next time.

I do the same, rollyfan. My listing is just for the ones I have. Not that it is a small listing, but hey!

I also check the galleries periodically for the sets I have. I also check the galleries for the sets I am considering purchasing. They may look cute in the catty, but if I can't get at least several great ideas from a set, then I tend to wait, or pass on it.

Hi,

I know this is late but, I have read on several threads to look for Cat's excel list and that she has stopped updating since 2014. Several have tried to purchase recently and have received no response. I was wondering if someone would be willing to share with me since there is no option to buy it? Please let me know and thank you for your patience.

Darn, I did not know she had one either. What a great tool. If you find one like it let me know, I will do the same for you.

thanks,
Bonnie
