I have taken cake decorating courses before and they suggested any non toxic markers. You can find non toxic markers at the $ store. So don't spend a lot for them. These people who give the classes have made many cakes for weddings etc. They would not use items that were not safe.

I want to do a "stamping on food " night near Valentine's day. I think it could be a lot of fun.
