Great CS from Hero Arts

I purchased a HA stamp pad that must have been "bad". It had a unpleasant smell and I asked customer service if I could do something to lessen the smell. They have already sent me a new pad. It is so great to have a positive response when something is amiss with a product!

It's funny, but I thought this was going to be a thread about great Hero Arts "Card Stock." I guess I know where my mind is, lol.

Yup, I had "Hero Arts Card Stock" in my head, too. I had to stop in to see what it was. ;-)

I was kind of hoping for cardstock. I guess I have a little problem. Love cardstock.

I think CS is the best title for customer service. I just think it’s funny that some of us just immediately turned to fond thoughts of cardstock. I like that Hero Arts stands behind their product and I especially like it when someone takes the time to acknowledge it on forums with lots of ink buying readers.
