These glue pens come with a tiny piece of plastic or something covering the nib. When you pull that off, save it and put it back on the pen when you're finished. Who knows how long these pens have been manufactured before we buy them, but they work great at first. That little covering is why.
The little plastic covers are easily lost - good luck finding them. So here's another solution: buy a package of polymer clay. Roll a tiny piece into a ball and stick that on your nib. Works like a charm!
