Default Get Out of Picking!!!

Ugh! I have had an order with all of 4 items on it in picking since yesterday morning. Just pack the thing and send it to me. I need the sets to do a swap. I'm going a little nuts here

I know. Sometimes I just wanna go over to the distribution center and pick up the things myself.

I'm sure it will be much better in another week or two.

Actually, I had something in "picking" for several days. When It finally made it to "shipped" it had been on its way here for 2 days.

Well, that's hopeful then. I just don't want to be making 25 cards in one night. I'll go nuts.

Sounds like the computer department is behind the shipping department, which works for me as long as the sets get here.

I had an order in "picking" for several days and it showed up on my doorstep before I got the notice that it shipped, of course that was the week of convention.

Oh My Gosh!! Now my other order that I've received most of is back in Picking. Talk about frustration. Will I ever see my Hedgies? Will I ever be able to make a scrapbook page (well, no, but I'll try)? Why are they torturing me?

I hear ya, Kymbers. I placed a hostess order on the 15th, the day before the deadline to order things from the old catty. The set that is in picking is the original version of Year-Round Fun. It's been in picking for days now! I'm beginning to wonder if they are out of them. They'd better not tell me they're not going to make any more if that's the case! My poor customer - every time she's ordered, part of her order is backordered. Luckily she's super understanding (and it helps that she's family, too), but this can't be giving her a good impression of the company. I'm fighting the urge to call demo support since I have a feeling they won't be able to give me a definate delivery date.
