I have to say, too, that with ALL of the black stamp pads I have used over the years, I think the FSJ Black Licorice is the absolute best! It is a crisp black, and I can use it with my COPICs!

Does anyone know how long it takes for someone from FSJ to respond to a message sent through their website?

I am thinking about signing on as a coach and sent a message yesterday morning with a couple of questions, but have not heard back yet. Granted, I imagine they are pretty busy (and that's a good thing!) and hopefully it's a matter of needing to be a little more patient, but I am getting concerned about the length of time it's taking to get an answer. I'm the type of person who makes snap decisions; if I have time to think about it, most likely I won't make the purchase.

How about checking the Fun Stampers Journey website to see if you can find a coach in your area?

The huge, annual Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) wholesale sales event has just finished up, and the craft companies are just now getting back to their home offices. It's perceivable that may have delayed email responses from personnel. Just a thought.

I didn't get an answer right away from the home office either (I'm with you on the instant gratification/correspondence/etc.) I also figured it was because of CHA. So I saw a few people here that were coaches and checked them out online and made my decision to move forward.

I had none in my state so there was no one local to correspond with.

You know, I knew CHA was this past weekend because I have been stalking the different Twitter feeds! And that is a good suggestion about finding a local coach to ask my questions; there is one not too far from me.

This company is sounding better and better by the minute. I love that they are partnering with Spellbinders. I like the color palette and the minimums are very reasonable. Only thing that's lacking for me is the embellishment category. More ribbon would be nice. But what I really want to know is... Does the card stock compare to the weight of SU card stock? That's a must have for me and I hope one of you can tell me if it does or not. If it does, I'm sold.

Hello. The c/s is 80 lb perfect weight for the cardmaker in most of us. There is so much more to come.

Ps. Yes it is the same as SU. So much that I can't tell the difference.

Thanks so much! I just sent you another PM. Thanks for clarifying that it is heavier than CTMH CS. Others may want to know this as well since they claim their CS is 80lb and it is nowhere near the weight of SU in my opinion.

Congratulations on being the first in your state Jessica!
Even-though you have no one near you, have you been able to connect with other Coaches via the Facebook page?

I am so excited... I now have all the FSJ Fusion Ink pads and their reinkers. I bought them a few at a time over 7 months. (feeling happy)

There should have been a pin in your kit. If not call hq on Monday to let them know you did not get one.

So I love the inks. So cool that it dries fast on paper, but you can also stamp on non-porous materials as long as you heat-set. The starter kit had stamps with no indexing on the foam. They stuck super great. The stamps I just received in the kit of the month HAVE indexing on the foam and I am happy to report they stick just as well!

I agree! I love the inks. My favorite tools are the scissors. I have used many over the years. I also love the pocket card dies.

I've looked at their site - very interesting. Sad though that you can't sign up as a coach unless you're in the US.

I ordered a package of CS and the matching ink. I really, really like them and I am an admitted fanatic of that "other company in Utah" for their CS!!! However I really wish that there were assortment packs of the CS. Hmmmmmm .... maybe a coach would put together a paper share ... hint, hint, hint. I would be in!!!
