Default Fresh Flowers or In Full Bloom?

Which do you use more? Fresh Flowers or In Full Bloom? I'm trying to decide which to get in my starter kit.

Thanks.

In Full Bloom is great for water coloring. It's a very pretty, sophisticated set. Fresh Flowerrs is more whimsical. I'd go w/ In Full Bloom...

Default IFB

I have both of these sets and I use the IFB set more often then the Fresh Flowers set. Athough I like them both.

I also have both. I definitely use In Full Bloom more. When I first got my kit, I used the Fresh Flowers more. If you are looking for your starter kit, I would take the fresh flowers, since the kit comes with the inspiration sheets for that set..

IFB - I use that one more. I don't think you would regret choosing that one!

I had the same question for my starter kit. I went with the IFB. My only wish is that I chose different ink pad colors for the IFB stamps. The suggested colors work really well for the FF. but thats just my opinion.

I have both sets. I love IFB! But I think Fresh Flowers is better for a beginning demo because it is a cute and easy set to demo and do make n takes with at workshops especially with beginner stampers. But there are also TONS of samples made with the IFB set and it is a relatively new set. So you can't go wrong with either one!

I just ordered my starter kit and got the In Full Bloom. I love the set, plus its brand new. Highly unlikely that it'll get discontinued in May!!!!

have you visited the gallery? Awesome samples from both sets. Maybe that will help you make up your mind.

I've got to double with Shady on this one! I absolutely *love* IFB!! But which set to get I think depends on a few things: 1) What is *your* level of stamping skill? 2) Are your customers new or experienced stampers? 3) Are you adventurous and willing/ready to do new techniques? 4) Are you able to make the financial investment to do new techniques right away?

IMNSHO: if you're more advanced and will have more advanced customers, *and* can make the additional investment for things like Aquapainters, blender pens, metallic pencils, watercolor pencils, etc., then by all means: Get IFB!!! If part of the reason that you're becoming a demo is to be able to have the income to finance those extraneous supplies, then maybe FF is a better choice.

But by the same token, what someone else said earlier is true, too: IFB was just released last year and is very *IN* and "now". I think it highly unlikely that it would retire...can't express the same amount of confidence for FF, though.

Good luck with your decision and congrats on deciding to become a demo! ~ K

How do you choose?!! Those are my two most favorite sets right now, and I don't even consider myself a floral person! I agree with Shady and Kaylyn. I make cards with IFB all the time, but I have never used it for a workshop. Fresh Flowers has been a big hit at my workshops. I wish you the best of luck with your decision!

I have IFB on my wish list. My book just automatically opens to it. I didn't really prefer it at first but just love it now. I really hope they move the Simply Scrappin' kit to a permanent item and not as a hostess set. I think it's so popular, I doubt it will be going away.

I like that with IFB, you can mimic the scrappin' kit flowers and I also like that you can make them look so different. I look at the gallery a lot and just am in awe over cards made with this set.

Default In full bloom --love it but a consideration

I am new to this and I hope it posts as I think!
I have IFB. I really like it. It seems like the Winged Things set from the spring mini catalog will coordinate nicely too.
My only consideration to let you know about is that the speckles on the edges of the images sometimes are distracting -- if you are making a picture for your card face and then you have blank background the dots stop unless you speckle extra on yourself.

IFB you can also spotlight it so that it makes it easy for a beginner. Then it still works for the more advanced stamper too, but coloring it all in somehow. That way you have a set good for all
