Default French Foliage Set

I was marking my retired sets and noted this one. What is the stamp that looks like spots of dust or rainfalls or????? What IS that one?

Thanks.

It's a great stamp to add some water splashes or to use on a distressed card. It's the most popular stamp from that particular set I believe. It's my absolute favorite set and I'm so bummed that it's retiring.

I used it on this card without the leaves: FMS: Sea of Blue by kyann22 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

Here it is with the leaves:

Hope that helps.

I use that stamp a lot, too. It was one of the main reasons I bought the set.

It's the ONLY reason I bought the set! Teneale Williams uses that stamp on pretty much every card she makes - no matter what other stamp set she's using - and it always looks amazing! My favorite enabler
