Frantic Stamper Rocks!

I just wanted to give some praise to this wonderful company. I went to quite a few different sites and not only were they the only one that had what I was looking for (embossing paste) but I ordered at 1:15pm and got a shipping notice at 5:30pm! I have always been so pleased with Frantic Stamper, their service is top notch!

I love Frantic Stamper. It's my go to store for most of my crafting needs. always super fast delivery and top notch customer service. I once ordered 2 of the same die and they called me to make sure I actually wanted 2 of the same die, I told them it was my mistake and they gave me the option of either crediting my account or i could switch the die. I told them to surprise me, since I was ordering mostly Xmas die they sent me a beautiful tree die that was actually a little more expensive than the double one, and the mistake was mine. That, is awesome customer service, and that keeps me going back every time.

I, also, have had excellent service when I have ordered from them. If something becomes 'put of stock' between when you place your order and their sending the items to you, they let you know and give you options as previous stated.

It is refreshing to know that there are companies that realize your customers and their good will are what keep you in business.

I've been order from her for years. I always check her site first and if I see something on another site, I go check franticstamper. I love that she ships in the cheapest method possible and great freebies in the package.

I've been ordering from Frantic Stamper for some ? 7 or so years now. Fran and her staff are excellent! I live in Canada, and shipping times and prices have always been great. And you really the feeling that they love helping you and sending your order. Great selection too!

After reading all of your praises for the Frantic Stamper, I placed an order on Thursday afternoon and received confirmation that it had shipped that same afternoon. I just received my order in today's mail .... the Frantic Stamper is on the west coast and I'm on the east coast. I am VERY impressed with the speed in which I received my order. I will certainly be ordering from this wonderful company again.
