Frame Source

So, I'm wanting to do an art piece using a Decor Elements piece on a picture frame. I had great frames in mind, but can't find them anymore. Does anyone have a source they can refer me to for long rectangular picture frames? Think name frames? Would like something at least 16" long or longer, 4" high? I'm hitting a wall.

I've seen some recently at my JoAnn Superstore as well as Wal-Mart. I believe I've seen them at Kohl's too, although I haven't checked recently.
