Default Fiskars Customer Service

is AWESOME! Some of you may have read about my dilemma with a new paper trimmer from Fiskars - the plastic protector sheet would NOT come off and I had a meltdown! Well, I e-mailed the company and told them about my disappointment/psychological anguish (just kidding) and they are MAILING ME A NEW TRIMMER at no additional cost!

WOW! You know, it makes me feel so much better spending my money with companies like Fiskars... I have read some posts about SU! doing to same thing in times when their products weren't up to snuff - as far as I am concerned, both Fiskars and SU! have a customer for life in me!
