Default Favorite NEW BG stamp

What is your favorite NEW Bg stamp in the catty?
Word Search is on its way to me today (YIPPEE) along with Paisley, and Dotted is ordered but won't arrive yet. Which other stamps caught your fancy and what do you plan on matching them up with?

I love Word Search for all year long-I think I will be using it a lot along with Warm Words and adding some tags for the occasion. As soo as I saw Dotted I though of Christmas and little light bulbs, and Paisly of course for its texture.

I like Fontastic but think I need to see some samples with it, and teh little hearts is also cute-more subtle than Soft Swirls.
What about you?

I really like the dotted one best. I can see stamping with it and then cutting it out in groups of six or nice, KWIM? And then putting cute things inside or on top of those circles, including little letters to spell out words. Sooo much easier than trying to line up a circle stamp in a straight row.

I only ordered the On The Spot because I was kicking myself for not ordering it last year. Was wondering how Aida would sell since it is similar to Linen, Canvas, etc.

I should be getting word search soon. My demo is at convention and her hubby is on the look out for the box for me.

I think dotted will be next and maybe flannel. I too am waiting to see samples to just wow me into buying others.

The only new one that really appeals to me is Dotted, I have On the Spot already. But I bet I will grow to love Aida.

I like Well-Worn Words, that will probably be the first one I get! Also Flannel Plaid, Paisley, and Fontasitc are nice. Honerable mention for Dotted, Aidia Cloth (I am trying not to look at it as I already own Linen and Canvas) and Wild Hearts. And On the Spot has been growing on me, even though I didn't card for it in the mini.

These are the ones that are on my wishlist I think I love them all! LOL I just wish there was some with the same feel as Crosshatch for whimsical images. Most of the new backgrounds have a shabby chic feel to them.

Aida Cloth
Dotted
Paisley
Flannel Plaid
Well Worn Words
Wild Hearts

I like Flannel Plaid too. I think it will be great for masculine cards, and I think I'll use it lot with scrapbooking our family campouts, etc. I think it would be great with Happy Camper, Noble Deer, Pines. I also like Dotted!

I ordered word search and canvas. I debated a long time between canvas and linen but finally made the decision.

Default Oh my!

I already have 6 of the 20 offered. Only 2 (Ephemera and Well Worn Words) didn't make my wish list.

Is that bad?

Paisley and Word Search are on my list, too. I know...I can't believe I haven't placed that order yet! I haven't been brave enough to add it up, 'cause I know this one is gonna be 'spensive!

These are on my wish list:
Dotted
Flannel Plaid
Well-Worn Words
Aida Cloth
Fontastic
Paisley

I'm thinking I can cut letters out of the fontastic stamped image and spell words with the different fonts? We'll see how that works! The idea might be better than the finished product.

I'm supposed to choose? but won't that make the others feel left out?
OK ... I've avoided looking at the Dirty Dozen Paisley collection because I know I'll NEED it ...
Word Search ... I like it, will probably get it
Didn't like the dots, but having the catalogue for two weeks now, I'm falling in love.
I like fontastic ... not sure exactly what I"ll do with it ... but that's never stopped me before!
I didn't get Linen in the Spring Mini, so I'll probably get it now to have something a bit more fabric-y than Canvas.

I *just* got my Dotted BG in the mail today and I can't wait to play with it. Unfortunately, I have to wait a couple of days until I can!

Next on my list are the Flannel, On the Spot, Paisley, and Word Search (probably in that order).

I'm sure they'll be more that you all will "make" me get later... LOL :-)

Have a wonderful stamp-happy day!

Since my Crystal Ball seems to be broken today ;) , I checked *both* my new catalogs...

SU: Aida Cloth, Flannel Plaid and Well-Worn Words are the ones currently floating my boat.

TAC: Beauty of a Woman, Plaid and last year's Stripes are on my Hit Parade, as well as those Background Squiggles guys.

Happy trails....

Flannel Plaid, Paisley, and Well-Worn Words. I usually consider the conservative backgrounds as those are more versatile, have wider appeal, and stay in the cattie longer.

I was looking at my catalog (AGAIN, LOL) and was thinking that the Flannel BG would look great on paper that was split apart using the faux suede technique. That way the flannel would look and feel "fuzzy" (just another reason to put the flannel on my "list")
