Favorite Dog stamps
Hi,
I got a new black Pug puppy last weekend. Can you please share your favorite dog stamps sets and where you got them (I really like Acrylic).
My cute little boy still does not have a name so if you have any suggestions that would be great too.
Katie

You can find those stamp sets under the Merry Stamper line at I Brake for Stamps. I've bought from them before and the shipping is super super fast and reasonable. The second sheet looks like it has a pug on it.

I bought the most adorable set from www.pinkpoison.net and it is terrific. Go to their website and browse, as I don't know how to picture it here. Enjoy. Karen

Congrats on the pug! We got our pug almost a year ago now (on March 1st). He is so much fun to have around ... always making us laugh. My son named ours "Buddy".

I have 5 dogs and I own every SU dog set! But I have to say that I LOVE the new dog stamps from www.doggonestamps.com. They look like they'd be good for coloring!

Doh! Judy beat me to the Hanna Stamps ones and Karen beat me to The Greeting Farm's (AKA Pink Poison) ones but another place that has dog stamps is Doggone Stamps. I just started on their design team and there are some really fun and different ones. They're only in red rubber though.
Good luck!

Great resources! When I first began stamping/scrapping it was impossible to find anything "Dog-themed". I bought everything I could find and hoaded it all! Now there is SO much to choose from... it's great!
Good luck with the new puppy!

I am also enjoying all the dog stamp links. These might come in useful for me as I am starting to make cards to sell for a dog refuge. I have three dogs and it was always a difficult process choosing the names. I tend to choose something cuddly but not too whimsical and with soft letters. Also choose something that you can use comfortably in public!!! So, my Scottish Deerhound is Louie, (started out from Lewis, the Scottish island), my German Shorthaired Pointer is Mossie - I love the soft hummocks of moss that you find on rocks. When we got her from the refuge, she was called Heidi which I liked but she didn't answer to so I thought it was ok to change it. Then last year my Springer Chablis arrived (hence my screen name!). It is tradition in France that each year a different letter of the alphabet is used, and Chablis came from a C year. I wasn't too sure at first but it stuck and now he couldn't be anything else. They definitely seem to grow into their names! Good luck with your pup. They are just such fun.

I really like the dog set from Sweet & Sassy stamps. It's kind of a generic breed dog. The bandanna can be stamped on a coordinating paper to match the background. And it's really affordable.
