Default ENABLER ALERT! For those who live near an ACMoore

Okay, today I went to A.C. Moore because their chipboard sheets were part of the 40% off memory paper (and I have to have them for VSN next weekend). Well, I tend to browse when I'm in there (and by browse I mean for a long time) and found that they have all these cute wooden crafts for kids that are all 1.00. Being a Kindergarten teacher I'm always on the lookout for fun stuff like this to do that goes with our theme. However, guess what else I found???? I found the giant clothespins that others were altering when they offered them in the $ spot at Target a while ago. These are not the acrylic/plastic though they are made out of wood. And, they were only $1. I bought 6 (I thought I should leave some for next time since I have a tendency to buy and then hoard for when I "find" some time). If you live near A.C. Moore you should check this out! I was happy to find something since my Joann's still does not have any $1 stamps yet (in fact, their stamp section has had clearance stamps for about a month now).

No- they were near the seasonal stuff at the front (at least in mine). When you walk in mine they have a bunch of "sale" stuff in bins and then the seasonal aisles. On the back wall is where I found these in little basket bins (there were lots of wood "stuff"- picture frames, masks, lots to decorate/alter- including a small package of three tiny clipboards plus a wooden clipboard (small) with a stand- didn't get those yet though).

I got a $20 gift certificate from A.C. Moore's for Christmas and haven't has a reason to go there and buy anything yet... I'm waiting until they have cuttlebug/CB accessories. I do like their chipboard though and they do have a great way of being well stocked and relatively up-to-date on products.
Thanks for the sales update.

I'm not saying they don't- my A.C. Moore's is like 35 miles away from me, and the weather hasn't been good enough for me to take the trip there since CB fever hit this household... Right after Christmas- they didn't have it yet, but then again no one in my area had it yet... The flyer for this week has the CB for 59$- so it is in A.C. Moore's somewhere....
