Embossing buddy
Do most of you use the embossing buddy, or do you use dryer sheets? Are dryer sheets just as effective? If so, do you use new dryer sheets or "used" ones? Thanks in advance for any answers.

I've always used the embossing buddy. My demo used it, so when I ordered the stuff to start embossing, I bought it, too. Can't advise on the dryer sheets. Sorry.

I can recommend using the embossing buddy - this is what happens if you don't: http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...00&ppuser=8152
Now there is an EP called Enmelware, but I wasn't using it... Haven't tried dryer sheets.

I have the embossing buddy, but thought I would also try the dryer sheets for sh^%$ and giggles. Couldn't get the dryer sheet to stop the static. I'll stick with my embossing buddy and a paint brush.

I just ordered the embossing buddy. I hope it works better than the dryer sheets. I don't think the dryer sheets work worth a darn.

Dryer sheets never worked at all for me.. new or used! Bought the buddy after too many messy cards.

I too found that dryer sheets didn't work, and don't have an embossing buddy - I have something by Suze Weinberg called Puff Static Away and it works great

I tried dryer sheets did not think they worked! I tried a sock with baby powder in it that made a mess to me but it worked okay then I just got mad and went to a piece of paper which works better than anything for me! I am having a SU party so I hope to get the embossing buddy then!

I've tried the dryer sheets - didn't work worth a darn. So I got the Embossing Buddy and LOVE it - it's worked really great w/ metallic EP too which is the worst for leaving that powdery sheen on CS YKWIM?

I love the embossing buddy! It really works great and it lasts a long, long time. Well worth the cost.

I love my embossing buddy. I've had it for about 8 years and it is still going strong. Well worth the money.

Never had good luck with the dryer sheets. I would recommend the embossing buddy as well.
