Default Dyeing Grosgrain Ribbon...

I have had a lot of PM's asking how I dye my Grosgrain ribbon to match my projects. I thought it would help if I did a little "tutorial" on the subject w/ pics (for those like me who need a visual!) and posted it on my blog.

If you would like to check it out here's the link:
http://prairiepaperandink.typepad.com/amyr/

Any feedback is greatly apprecitated!! I HTH someone!

This rocks!! Thanks for posting this-I am a huge visual/hands on learner and was hesitant to try this. Running the ribbon on my pad w/a brayer was messy and the color was very uneven. THANK YOU!!!

DITTO! Even for tiny amounts, your water and ink plan will work *much* better than dragging.

I absolutely LOVE your tutorial. I was one of the "sponge people" and after a while, my wrists would start to hurt. I will definitely be dyeing ribbon this way from now on!

I wanted to add the permalink to the tutorial here as the one I put in the OP just takes you to my blog:
http://prairiepaperandink.typepad.co..._grosgrai.html - so that link will go directly to the tutorial
