I'm going to a baby shower for a distant cousin this Saturday. I don't have much time between now and then, this is what I've quickly pulled together. It feels like it's still lacking something and I haven't any idea what to do to it to "finish" it off. Any suggestions, please? Thank you.

... I think this helps. Right after posting I thought to try a semi-circle behind the dangling charm. I layered blue on white and gel-penned in the dots, echoing the dots in the blue ribbon.

Looks like she brayered blue ink onto the embossing folder before running it through the machine with white card stock -- this technique is becoming very popular, and if you check the gallery you can probably find lots more lovely examples!
