got this too, and was mad that they have to take such steps to keep the safety of our soldiers even in our own country. They were worried about someone possibly tampering with the mail. I for one make cards and send them to ligit organizations that mail them in care packages over seas. Just doing my small part.

At the local Christmas parade, the 4-H club was handing out pre-addressed cards to this hospital. Kinda sad.

Snopes.com just came out with an update about this subject.
Cards can now be sent through the Red Cross.
Here is the link with the update towards the bottom-

Let's remember our troops and their families during the holidays!
