Default Directions for a "gel" card??

I'm a new demo and I'm looking for impressive, but not too hard card ideas to show my customers. I just got Fishy Friends, so I thought this gel card thing would be great!

Can anyone give me detailed instructions? What kind of baggie or plastic sheet? What kind of gel? How to seal it, adhere it, etc??

Thanks,
Susan
