I'm trying really hard to be frugal! I bought:

*Houndstooth embossing folder

*Stripes embossing folder

*Designer Frames embossing folder

*Young Vermillion stamp

Did a little shopping from the clearance rack, too...great prices on some really nice items!

SmurfBe, my list is almost that long- but I will have to space them out over a year, I'm afraid. My first order is probably going to be Delicate Doilies and Perfectly Penned. There are a lot of greeting sets I want, as well as the new In Color markers. I added up my wish list-easily $400, and that's before the next mini!

Ooh, that's a lovely card! I'm a sucker for birds. So glad I got the frame that she used with it, too! I don't own a lot of embossing folders, so these purchases will give me a little variety.

How do you use your embossing folders? I noticed in another thread that you said you don't have a big shot or die cutting machine. Do you have a cuttlebug?

I have the Sizzix Texture Boutique, which only does embossing, not die cutting. I've thought of getting a Cuttlebug, as they're a lot cheaper than the Big Shot, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I remember seeing a tutorial once on how to use embossing folders with a pie dough roller. That's a little more frugal than I want to be!

Oh that texture boutique is sooo cute! Before I bought the Big Shot, I seriously considered that because it wasn't as expensive. I was a newbie and now am glad I didn't because I bought a lot of die cuts and didn't realize the TB didn't cut. But I loved the little purse shape! I was picturing you with a large wooden rolling pin, even before you mentioned that!!
