Default Ebay issue

The girl selling the gift cert. stole the picture. Check out the discussion under general topics called Pic Thief. Someone stole her picture and then tried to sell it on ebay.

I have to reply now, I am a brand spanking new demo (2weeks), and I know this is a no no, because when I signed my agreement it was on there. So I would say if she isn't aware she didn't read before she signed. I think SU makes the rule very clear. I'm amazed that people are buying the SU stuff, the tech. sheet that SU sends for customers for 2.99 on ebay, gimme a break. This has been a huge discussion in my house these last few days and my hubby just grins and shakes his head in amazment that demos appear to be so blantant about sell there and people are so foolish to overspend. Of course I don't know how some of them are making any money on there also, maybe they will all loss their hinney on enough transactions and go away.
