criss cross instructions

Could someone please tell me where the these instructions are posted. when I typed in the words criss cross instructions in the search box I only got one picture of a card and a note on this card gave thanks to M. Wooderson ( I think that was the name) I couldn't find that in the gallery nor could I find the poplar pals that was suppose to be done with the c.c. pattern. Thanks in advance to whoever can help me. If you could just email me that would be fine. thanks
