Default Confused about color dusting...

I've seen some beautiful cards that used Color Dusting, but I'm not sure what that means. Is it chalk or ink, and is it applied with a sponge or brush???

Color dusting is just stippling inks on cardstock with a stipple brush. Just a fancy name. Happy Stamping!
