Default Computer/Gallery Help

Hi

I'm in the process of UM, indexing & cataloging my stamps.
As if that's not a big enough project, I also decided to make "gallery" type sheets with samples from stamp sets I don't use much, need help with, etc.
(stamp area & computer are not near each other & never will be)

I'm using a grid type layout like the one used for card sketches,
http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...d.php?t=212011
but I am including the info that is posted with the card, including the name of the card & submitter, supplies & techniques.

This is a lot of copy/paste (& gets a bit boring).
Is there an easier way to do this?

I wind up re-sizing nearly everything to fit my sheet.

not sure if this will attach, but if it does, it's a sample of how I'm trying to do it (excel)

Thanks,
Nicole

I really like to use Excel for this type of project! When I do something like this in Excel I resize my cells first to the size I want for each of my entries. That way when I paste in a picture I can easily resize it to the desired size by dragging it to fill the cell. I find this an easy way to get everything lined up and sized the same.

Default Thanks :)

I do like excel too. Maybe I'm already using the best program for this.
