CM Consultants Questions

A friend of mine is thinking about becoming a CM Consultant, but has a few questions. She doesn't want to ask a CM Consultant locally, because she doesn't want to feel pressured. I told her I would ask on the board to see if anyone would help out. She wanted to know the discount for Consultants and if there are any quotas to meet quarterly, etc. She also wanted to know if there are any "specials" that are done yearly for new recuits. My friend receives 30 % of her sales/discount. They provide Hostess gifts at a reduced cost. You must sell 300-500 $ a quarter. Shipping on any order up to 750 $ is a flat 15 $. Over 750 it's free. There is a pprogram clled thanks to you where teh Demo's or consultants receive deeper discounts for the gifts they give to their hostesses. She is very happy. Like we SU demo's pay $5 for the Big Idea book plus a couple more dollars for a mini spot and incentive stamp plus packaging and anything else we may offer our Hostesses. I also offer 20% ooff any one item they purchase to boost their sales. I go one step further offering them 20% off another any one item they purchase at the friends classes booked from their stamp camp.........

The discount is 30%, but as you increase your sales you earn rebates and also Thanks To You discounts that end up making it more. The consultant is responsible for hostess gifts and credits, but the gifts are inexpensive for the consultant and the Thanks To You helps cover some of the free product the hostess earns.

You have to sell 500 retail a quarter, shipping is free with an $800 order.

There is an incentive right now. The recruit earns a $100 product cert with a qualifying order and then if she makes the 30, 60, 90 day success plan, she can have free Showcase registration (like SU convention). This is a pretty good incentive. They have others throughout the year though.
