Default Clear Acrylic Sealer

I was wondering if someone could tell me where I can find Clear Acrylic Sealer. I have tried two craft stores in my town and they do not carry it. Thanks.

Are you looking for the spray? I have found various brands at Michaels in a spray can.

Yep, got mine at Mike's, too. With the spray paint or the acrylics. Or you could try the home improvement store. I got the Krylon brand.

Hi, Yes I am looking for the spray. Tried Joanne's and a small local craft/ scrapbooking store and it was a no go.

I got mine at Walmart in the craft section...it's made by Plaid and it was over by the modge podge and stuff like that. It's in a black spray can.

Walmart has the acrylic sealer in their paint section (spray can, blue I think) for $1.00! I use it all the time.
Hope this helps

You might try looking for different names for it, too. Spray fixative, workable spray fixative, matte sealer, glossy sealer....they all pretty much do the same thing.

This is what I have used and I love it! I also found it at JoAnn's.

I spray my wood blocks with clear acrylic sealer before mounting my rubber stamps. This helps keep the wood from getting permanently stained when inking up your stamp. Any ink that gets on the wood blocks will wipe off easily. Just wish I knew about this trick sooner! HTH

What a great idea to spray your wood blocks. I will try this now that I know where to look for sealer! Thanks for the tip.

Do the rubber stamps stay on securely over the sealer? Sounds like a good idea to me.
