Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for Week Ending January 10, 2009
Happy 10th of January! It was a great week in the gallery, and I have lots to post, but for some reason SCS is acting weird right now. I'm going to post some of my favorites now and do the rest later in the morning when, hopefully, the internet isn't so squirrelly.
keuby posted this colorful and very clean Love Stacked card
hskelly made a colorful and fun kitty OLC
LeAnne Pugliese used camouflage colors to make a soft and sincere valentine
StampGroover made several fab cards this week, including her Elvis-inspired Sweetheart card
lauraos used lots of white space and a very pretty heart to make her Raspberry Heart card
Novell's Happy as Clams card is too, too cute!
Aimes posted a Potato Optional card that is simply adorable
krystie lee posted a totally fab Leaf Trio card using A Muse and SU's Define Your Life
Bar posted a totally sweet sweetheart OLC in kraft, red, and black
jesslundahl made a fun and frolicking Baby Monkey card with a clean and dramatic striped background that really caught my eye
tkmilstead used PTI's Retro Background Basics set to make a very pretty blinged Christmas card
Jennifer Styles Grandmother card totally looks like a card to send to a grandmother...soft, sweet, feminine!

I really thought I added more this week but only one was actually from this week. (I so badly want to participate as this thread is my favorite thread all week!)
So I have Kristie Lee's Sea-themed In My Thoughts card for my favorite this week.

Susan, thank you so much for mentioning my card! I'm going to give that card to my granny in April - She'll be 98 years old!
And thanks Karen for letting me know!
Off to check out your list!

Things are still weird around here. I'm still getting "Internet Explorer cannot display this web page" messages. And darn it, I want to share my favorites and see yours, too!
Haven't we become so impatient when our technology doesn't work the way we want? Sigh.

Here are some more of my favorites...
girlgeek101 used textured paper, a big word, and a little glittery heart to make a high-impact OLC; she's also experimenting with embossing on OLCs and posted these two wonderfully CAS love cards

krystie lee's seas the day card is simply stunning
rsalamon made a fun Tweet Day card with a sweet ribbon treatment
RN4BBS posted a FAB guy birthday card with tropical feel, and she also posted a fun three-heart valentine
Aimes' clipboard on her CAS Doctor's Orders card is delightful!
StampGroover used a vellum definition for this stylish valentine
Stampin' Annie posted two OLCs that delightfully CAS
scoopy's best fishes card is soooo cute, and she uses deco scissors...be still, my heart!
mocjen used the new A Muse sand dollar and a couple of border punches beautifully on her You Are a Treasure card
bigfootbecky simply stamped a pair of love birds and used some stickles and a scallop punch to make a sweet valentine
Violin28 made a warm and wonderfully CAS Christmas thank you card
LaLatty's valentine hearts card is so happy and fun
mjw used Define Your Life and sponged hearts to make her fabulously CAS valentine!
More to come....

Wow! Incredible CAS this week (they are incredible every week, but each week is newly incredible ). Thanks to those of you who took the time to post the links so that we can enjoy the CAS eye-candy. And thanks to those of you who created the eye-candy, as well!

Thank you Susan for mentioning my card! (and thanks Karen for letting me know). I have had problems with the site since yesterday so I haven't looked at everyone else's favorites but I'm going to try to list some of mine.

Oh, my...I know there's a lot in my faves this week, but I'm not sure if anyone left me any to mention! I gave up on SCS this morning because I really didn't want to fight it. Then off to church, lunch, making bread...now that the bread is rising I have a chance to visit here...and if I have any that haven't been posted...hmmm...
