CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week Ending 2/22/15
Hi, CAS Lovers!
Nancy had so much fun last weekend that she and her sweetie are enjoying another weekend of Jazz and dancing. So I'll be starting this week's favorites thread. Hope you'll join me by adding your favorites to the thread.
Here are mine... SRC - Spring Wreath by jentimko I love how Jen took a stamp that is primarily a Christmas stamp and gave it a whole new, non-Christmasy look.
Sponged Poppies by Loll Thompson I'm always a sucker for the poppy cards, but it was Loll's glass bead gel that really caught my attention on this beauty.
Painted Petals - pink by Ardyth Ardyth's card is the definition of a favorite - it grabbed my attention immediately, and when I clicked to view it larger, I only loved it more.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU favorited this week.
Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these easy steps:
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.
2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."
3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. Hit Ctrl+C to copy.
4. Switch back to the first tab and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.
5. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.
Thank you Sue (sue2 and Lisa (Shoe Girl) for adding my 2U birthday card to your list of CAS favorites what a wonderful gift to be included in your list of favorites!
What a wonderful surprise this morning. Thank you so very much Lisa (Shoe Girl) for including my card in your list of favourites this week. I was so thoroughly surprised and thrilled. Thank you to Karen for delivering the happy news.
Thank you so much Sue, for listing my card, Happy Birthday 2 You! I actually remade that card by adding a little color to the pom pom and highlighting the sentiment/image combo. I photographed it again and put it on my blog. I'm so glad you enjoyed the card this week.
Thank you Karen for the notification. I don't often find myself on the CAS Favorites list so I'm thrilled!
Dear sweet Sue aka Sue28, Thank you so much for adding my card to your favorites this week! I am so honored. I'm usually never home on Sundays but today we where a little trapped by the heavy snow. Thank you again and congratulations on being QFTD!
I LOVE it when I make the favorite's in the CAS thread! I am a HUGE fan of CAS cards and also a fan of many of you whom do them so fabulously week after week. If you could see the pages and pages of them I have saved on my computer you would be amazed. I look at them frequently for inspiration. You all who do so MUCH with so little hold me in awe of your talent.
Thank you Lisa (Shoe Girl) for placing two of my cards here.
Thanks Priscilla! for choosing my "in search of a word" music-filled heart. (I SO want you here in the sunny Pacific Northwest...) and thanks to Karen for the kind comment and notification. Awesome.
