Default Carpe Diem problem

I placed an order with them, which is now on hold. They said my security code and mailing address were wrong--this is the first time this has happened.

They said to call, which I have tried to do several times, and they do not answer the phone, to straighten out this matter.

I am at a loss on how these two things could be wrong and why they don't answer phone calls.

Has anyone had an experience like this?

I just looked at my billing and shipping address on my order and they are both correct. Of course I could not see my security code, but they told me my billing address was wrong.

I am just a bit frustrated.

Is your shipping address the same as the address associated with your credit card? I had that problem with a different company because my shipping addressing said 75th Ave and my credit card billing address said 75th Av.

Just my thought! I hope you get it figured out. It can be frustrating.

I think it is straightened out. I finally got to talk to someone and gave her the information over the phone.
Hopefully all is well now.
