Canadians - best price on vinyl for Cameo/Cricut ?

I am looking for the cheapest place to buy vinyl for my Cameo. I will buy from the US if the price and shipping is great. What is your favourite place to buy vinyl?

I buy con tact (like mac tac) at Home Depot, Canadian Tire and or Zellers. Just make sure you get the one with adhesive back. I'ts cheap and I've used it with my cricut, no problems at all. The colours are very limited but they served my purpose. Micheals sells vinyl and I'm pretty sure you can use a coupon but even then it is quite expensive.

I should add that I am looking for cling vinyl that I can use on my daughter's car. She has a blue volkswagon and I would like to create a Union flag on the door. It needs to be removable.

Do you have any local sign/graphic designers? We have one and she has all the colours of the rainbow and she's willing to sell it for a price that I can get elsewhere.
