Default Can someone explain the differences in Nuvo drops?

I'd like to start using Nuvo drops on my cards. Upon looking at the ones that I'd like to get, I've noticed there are a few different kinds. (crystal, glitter, jewel, shimmer, etc)

What's really the difference between them all and which are your favorites? Are there any that are "sparkly". I'm looking for more of a flat/matte color.

And what's the difference between Nuvo drops and Stickles?

Stickles are all glitter glues, some are coarser and some are finer. You won't get the same effect at all with them. Ranger's Enamel Accents would be closer to the Nuvo Drops in terms of making little drops that look like the purchased accents.

And

I bought white Nuvo drop on my last Unity order because they use them a lot on their videos.

On the bottle it says allow 48 hours to dry. Then I started reading some posts that once the card goes through the postal cancelling machine the drops flatten out.

I did a test on different size drops and allowed 48 hours to dry. Then I took my brayer roller and rolled as hard as I could over the paper with the nuvo dots.

The bigger dots did flatten a bit but the real small dogs were fine.

Just want to give you a heads up because to me a 48 hour drying time is a lot. I can use stickies and liquid pearls or splatter white ink or paint or use wink of Stella much easier

This is just my opinion.

Stickles is essentially glitter suspended in a clear glue. Super fancy & sparkly, and it doesn't shed.

Nuvo Drops are kinda like enamel dot liquid, only a bit softer. The Crystal variety are translucent, like you'd use for dew drops. Glitter ones are very much like the Stickles, but there is less glitter in the Nuvo. Jewel is usually a solid, opaque color, whereas the Shimmer has a pearlescent finish.

The ones you are looking for are maybe the Vintage Nuvo Drops. They have muted colors and dry matte. The Stone Drops are matte too, but they dry with a grungy, gritty finish.

I hope that helps!
